Svay Chek Organic Farm Shop & Restaurant
Our directly managed shop is located in Siem Reap town and sells our organic fruits, vegetables and finished products coming straight from Svay Chek Farm.
Our restaurant is offering several dished made from our fresh fruits and vegetables harvested the same day. Consequently, what we have to offer is different every day.
We are doing our best to emphasize the real and unique taste of the whole vegetables; this is why for example we avoid peeling the skin of the vegetables.

The wide majority of the products that we are offering come from our farm. Most of the several products that we have to source externally are made locally in Cambodia and have been processed in a conscious way. All the discarded rests of fruits and vegetables and leftovers from our shop and salad bar are brought back to the farm for composting and later used as fertilizers.
Our shop and salad bar has that specific mission to add value to our crops and make organic farming more sustainable.
